PROCEDURE

FCO gets issued, agreed to and signed.
Principal seller sends draft contract.
The buyer reviews any amendments and publishes signed and sealed contract to buyer with a draft letter of the letter of credit.
The seller agrees the draft LC and returns the contract signed as PDF as hard copy.
Buyer issues the payment instrument to Sellers Bank within five working Bank days.
SGS inspects and verifies the quantity, weight and quality of traded goods at the port of loading.
The delivery and forwarding begin according to the contract.
